The remodel (1562 sf) included general construction, demo of existing roofing and decking, siding and trim with the installation of complete new roof and siding systems, structural upgrades to existing trusses and floor joists, new and repaired decking installations, new mechanical and electrical penthouse addition, window installation, painting, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, and hazardous substance abatement, and building leveling. The project included the installation of new laboratory and science equipment.
