Public Health Nursing Clinic

Design and construction of a 14,000 square foot structure built on 69 driven steel pilings. The main building has wood framed exterior and interior load bearing walls with metal stud interior partitions. The mechanical room is located on the roof structure, thereby maximizing the available interior space to be utilized in caring for those who are in need. This project was successfully delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
